Island on the St Lawrence River, New York with Dan, Emily and Amelia
We had not seen Dan, Emily and Amelia since Amelia was two weeks old, so our island adventure together in upstate NY was a much anticipated reunion. Jamye and I left our gear in Cody with Wendy Schneider (no relation to Gina), the Development Director of the BBHC, and flew to Syracuse where the five of us met and drove upstate to catch a boat to an island on the St Lawrence River where Dan had planned a 5-day adventure which included sailing, canoeing, fishing, hiking, and horseshoes. Laughing and playing with our beautiful new Granddaughter, Amelia, with all of us just hanging out together was a great joy!
